right ear stopped working. any ideas on how to make it work again? Every once in awhile it will say "hello" or "goodbye", that's it.Back to product

Place them back in the charging case & tap them 5times to reset if that doesn't work place both earbuds back in the case and charge them for about 3hours, when that's done pair them up with your device if the left bud connects but the right does not then press your finger on the right bud to turn it ON manually, it may take a few seconds to power on....
